5 Press a connector button, such as Mail via Exchange, to start scanning the document. The

client displays the “Scanning. Please wait...” message in the lower left corner of the screen.

If prompted, enter any requested pre-scan information. (You can configure some connectors to

request information before scanning the document.)

The connector displays the last page of the scanned document on the scan preview screen.

6 Use the buttons on the left side of the scan preview screen to view, delete, and rotate the

images, and to change the magnification of the images.

If necessary, scan additional pages or re-scan any of the original pages by placing the pages in

the feeder or on the glass and then pressing

Scan More.

Note: If you configured the client to use the TWAIN driver’s interface, the client displays

the interface. Specify the settings you want to use, then press the driver’s “Scan”

button. The driver scans the pages and transfers them to the client.
