11 Reports and Lists
11.1 Report / List Types
This machine prints the following types of reports and lists.
Reports
Reports include automatically printed reports, reports for which printing methods can be set and reports for
which printing commands can be given if required.
Report Name Description
Activity Report Sending and receiving records are described in this report. Maximum
700 communications including transmission and reception are recorded
on different pages for transmission and reception respectively. The Ac-
tivity Report is printed automatically and reports displaying transmission
records only, reception records only or transmission and reception
records together can be printed independently.
Printing interval can be selected from /Daily/Every 100 Comm./100/Daily
in Administrator Settings of the Utility mode.
If the Activity Report output is set to [Daily] or [100/daily], the time to out-
put the report can be specified.
Activity Report can be printed by selecting the following contents if the
buttons are touched in the order of [Job List]>[Job Details]>[Send]>[Job
History]>[Comm. List].
TX Report
RX Report
Activity Report
TX Result Report Transmission result is printed automatically. The printing time can be se-
lected from ON/If TX Fails/OFF in the TX Result Report settings of the
Utility mode.
Polling TX Report Polling TX Report is printed automatically when [TX Result Report] in the
[Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON] or [If TX Fails].
Polling RX Report Polling RX Report is printed automatically when [TX Result Report] in the
[Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON] or [If TX Fails].
Sequential Polling RX Report The Sequential Polling RX report is printed automatically when [Sequen-
tial TX Report] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
Broadcast Report Broadcast Report is printed automatically when the sequential broadcast
ends when [Sequential TX Report] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility
mode is set to [ON].
Reservation Communication Report Reservation Communication Report is printed automatically when trans-
mission is reserved when [Timer Reservation TX Report] in the [Report
Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
Reservation Polling TX Report Reservation Polling TX Report is printed automatically when polling
transmission is reserved when [Timer Reservation TX Report] in the [Re-
port Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
Broadcast Reserved Report Broadcast Reserved Report is printed automatically when sequential
broadcast is reserved when [Timer Reservation TX Report] in the [Report
Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
An address Polling RX Reserved Report An address Polling RX Reserved Report is printed automatically when
polling is reserved for one destination when [Timer Reservation TX Re-
port] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
Sequence Polling RX Reserved Report Sequence Polling RX Reserved Report is printed automatically when
polling is reserved for multiple destinations when [Timer Reservation TX
Report] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
Confidential RX Report Confidential RX Report is printed automatically when there is a confiden-
tial reception when [Confidential RX Report] in the [Report Settings] of the
Utility mode is set to [ON].
Bulletin board transmission report (Polling
TX Report)
Bulletin board transmission report (Polling TX Report) is printed automat-
ically when [Bulletin board TX Report] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility
mode is set to [ON].
Relay TX Result Report Relay TX Result Report is printed automatically when [Relay TX Result
Report] in the [Report Settings] of the Utility mode is set to [ON].
