When you have finished translating the words and phrases in whatever translation application you

choose, save the file out with the .klf extension for Import back into Printgroove.

Return to Printgroove ::ADMIN, Settings > Language, and click on the Edit icon again.

Click on the Browse button, locate your translated .klf file, and click Upload. Please note that it

may take a while to upload the ~2000 rows. Check the edits for each row and then click the

Update button at the bottom of the page.

Go back to the Settings Language screen and click on the Translate ( ) icon to the right of

your language to make the translations visible to the Printgroove application. (The translation

process may take awhile.)

Then click the Activate icon ( ) to make this language available to all

Printgroove

users.

Now the Serve and Guide User Profiles may be set to any of the languages you have activated.
