3.4.3 Accessing the User Box and User Box file

Files are grouped into different tabs according to their types. Study the fol-

lowing for the types of files grouped into different tabs.

- Print tab: Files stored in User Boxes through the copy, print, and fax func-

tions

- Combine tab: Files stored in User Boxes through the copy and print func-

tions

- Route tab: Files stored in User Boxes through the scan and fax functions

- Fax TX tab: Files stored in User Boxes through the fax function

Different functions can be performed on different types of files stored in the

User Boxes.

See the table given below for the relation between the file type and functions

that can be performed.

Note

Do not leave the machine while you are in the user operation mode. If it

is absolutely necessary to leave the machine, be sure first to log off from

the user operation mode.
