4 Specify the time interval before deleting documents.
– To specify the time manually, press [Time] and then enter the time from the keypad.
5 Touch [OK].
12.4.5 ID & Print Delete Time
Specify the time interval for deleting an ID & print document after it is saved. (Default: 1 day)

[ID & Print Delete Time] is displayed when the user authentication is enabled on the machine.
