10.3 Enabling the User Authentication Function

on the Device

(This procedure is performed from the

device.)

In order to obtain and view user counter information, the User

Authentication function must be enabled for the device. The procedure

for specifying the setting differs depending on the device. Refer to the

User Manual included with the device.

Important!

• This setting is not necessary if user counter information cannot

be obtained and viewed.
