Detail
"RX Doc. Settings" can be set to any of the following settings.
Memory RX: Select this setting to save received documents in the All Other Docs. user box without
printing them. To print documents saved in the user box, touch [Doc.] in the Job List screen of the
control panel. For details, refer to the User’s Guide [Network Scan/Fax/Network Fax Operations].
Print: Select this setting to immediately print the document once it is received.
Forward: Select this setting to forward the received document to the specified destination. A maximum
of 210 forwarding destinations can be specified.

it to the specified destination. A maximum of 210 forwarding destinations can be specified.
Report Settings
Specify the settings concerning communication result reports and activity reports.
Forwarding Desti-
nation
If "Forward" or "Print & Forward" was selected for "RX Doc. Settings", specify the forwarding
destination.
Click the [Select Forward Dest.] button to display a page where forwarding destinations can
be selected. Select the check box for the forwarding destination, and then click the [Apply] but-
ton.
Remote Input
Check
If F-codes are used, select whether remote checking is enabled or disabled.

TX Report Single Destination Select "Output OFF", "If TX Fail" or "Output ON" as the condition for print-
ing the report when only one destination has been specified.
Broadcasting Select "Output OFF", "If TX Fail" or "Output ON" as the condition for print-
ing the report when two or more destinations have been specified.
Activity Report Select whether or not to automatically print the activity report with every
50 communications.
