Note
The following number and types of characters can be entered for the index name.
Range: Up to 8 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (space ! " # $ % & ' ~ = ¥ | ; : +

Specifying TX: FAX (G3/G3-1/G3-2) settings
* Does not appear on the European model.
Item Description
One-Touch No. Shows the number of the one-touch dial button to be programmed.
One-Touch Name Type in the recipient name that will appear on the one-touch dial button.
Range: Up to 24 characters
Characters that can be entered: Alphanumeric characters and symbols (! # $ % & ' ~ = + ` @ _
- { })
Destination Number Type in the fax number of the recipient.
Range: Up to 64 digits
Characters that can be entered: 0 to 9, CSI special symbols as well as *, #, P and T
Overseas Select whether or not an overseas transmission is to be sent.
Speed Select the speed of the fax transmission.
F-Code (SUB) Type in the sub-address (SUB) for the F-code.
Range: Up to 20 digits
Characters that can be entered: 0 to 9 as well as * and #
F-Code (SEP) Type in the selective polling address (SEP) for the F-code.
Range: Up to 20 digits

(SID/PWD)
Type in the password (SID/PWD) for the F-code.

Sub Address Regis-

A secondary recipient can be registered in case the data could not be sent to the main one-
touch dial destination.
Click the [Sub Address Registration] button to display a page where the secondary destination
can be selected. Select the check box for the one-touch dial destination to be specified as the
secondary destination, and then click the [Apply] button.
