Proof then Print
Before printing a large number of copies, a single proof copy can first be printed in order to be checked.
This prevents printing errors in large numbers.

User Authentication/Account Track
If user authentication or account track settings have been specified on the machine, registering user or ac-
count information with the printer driver enables the machine to check if the sent print job is data from a reg-
istered user or account.
