In the XPS driver (Windows)
1 Click to display the [Basic] tab.
2 Select [Save to Hard Drive] or [Save to Hard Drive & Print] in [Output Method].
% It uses the screens from Windows 7 in the description.
% To save a job in a hard disk and print it at the same time, select [Save to Hard Drive & Print].
3 If you want to change the file name displayed on the machine, check [Show File Name Dialog when
printing] in [User Setting], and then click [OK].
4 Click [OK] to start printing.
